Avica Group | Loan broker, that offers lenders to integrate with their API, to grant customers loan offers, as part of a selection of different offers from different lenders in Avica Group's panel. |
Lenders | You as the partner that integrates with Avica Group's system, either in the role as a bank (providing the loans), or as an intermediate broker, between Avica Group and one or more banks. |
Offer | Preliminary loan offer, created in the lender's system, and shown by Avica Group to the customer. In order for the preliminary offer to become a disbursed loan, the customer needs to accept the offer and continue the process with the lender. Permission to contact customers is not given until Avica Group has accepted the offer on behalf of the customer. |
Customer | The end user applying for a loan in Avica Group's loan service. Each customer is uniquely identified by their SAID. |
SAID | A unique ID issued by authorities to every potential customer. |
Application | The loan application is filled out in a form, with the customer's personal data, that is later sent in order to request the offers. In time, each customer may fill out many applications, to apply for loan(s). For each application, a new offer request will be made to the lenders. |
Application ID | Each application has a unique ID that is used by Avica Group to identify the specific application for a customer. The application ID is a good reference to use when communicating between the systems, since it uniquely identifies the specific offer for the customer's application. |
